AECOM signs lease in Westshore

AECOM Technology Corp. has signed a 7,054-square-foot lease at One MetroCenter in Tampa's Westshore Business District. The Fortune 500 company is consolidating two offices. Angela Odell of Taylor & Mathis negotiated the deal, which brings the office building to 90 percent occupancy.
